Total Dynamic Group began researching on remote fuel monitoring solutions in 2011 in respond to the market’s strong demands. Based on our experience dealing with fleet management problems, we had successfully invented and released the completed solution which is known as Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS). This has aid our customers in terms of reduction of costs in managing their fleets and operating industrial equipment.

In December 2019, we successfully obtained a certification of compliance issued by NQA for TD Technology’s quality management system for the provision of fleet management services in accordance with the provisions of BS EN ISO 9001:2015. In January 2023, we also obtained a certification of registration issued by BSI UK for TD Technology’s information security management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013. Both these certifications are testaments to our Group’s emphasis on implementing quality management system and conformance with information security best practices, which we believe will help build a strong corporate branding as well as customer confidence and trust in our solutions.

On 27 May 2024, Total Dynamic Holdings Berhad has debuted as a public listed company on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), in which has marked a significant milestone for the group. This strategic expansion not only underscores the group's commitment to innovation but also sets the stage for Total Dynamic Holdings Berhad's to consistently grow under the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). Following this approval, Total Dynamic Holdings Berhad, known as “Dynamic,” will showcase its prowess as a technology company specializing in the development and provision of integrated logistics management solutions and related services. This listing by way of introduction signifies a pivotal moment in the group's trajectory, reaffirming its position as a leader in the industry.

Total Dynamic Group is principally involved in the development and provision of integrated logistics management solutions (“ILMS”) and related services. It offers fleet management solutions, comprising a suite of cloud-based software applications known as “TDT GPS” to track, monitor and manage information on movement of commercial vehicles and their drivers using Global Positioning System (“GPS”) technology. It also provides logistics and warehouse management solutions to its customers which are mainly operating in the transportation and logistics sector. Currently, the head office for operations and central monitoring system is being based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, with 5 sales and service centers throughout Malaysia located in Butterworth, Klang, Chemor, Kuantan and Skudai, with plans for new sales and service centers in Melaka, Kota Kinabalu and Alor Setar.
